Weather Message 1.27.26

Although we are seeing some main roads cleared of ice, hazardous icy patches remain on auxiliary roads, parking lots, and shaded areas across the county. Due to these continued hazardous road conditions in numerous areas, Franklin County Schools will operate on a Remote Learning Day tomorrow, Wednesday, January 28th.

On a Remote Learning Day, all Franklin County Schools buildings and campuses are closed to students and staff. Staff should coordinate with their immediate supervisor regarding remote work options.

Students and families will receive additional guidance from their child’s school and/or teacher regarding remote learning assignments and attendance expectations.

Additionally, all facility rentals scheduled for Wednesday, January 28th, are cancelled.
