The FCS Technology Department is excited to announce that we have recently switched to the One-to-One Plus Device Management Software. This transition marks a significant step forward in streamlining our technology processes and enhancing the overall efficiency of managing Chromebooks and other technology within our district.
One of the notable changes with this transition is the discontinuation of paper Damage Assessment forms for Chromebook repairs. Instead, parents will now receive an invoice via email in the event that a Chromebook requires repairs, along with details regarding the associated fees.
Invoices will be sent as an attachment to the Guardian email listed in PowerSchool. The email will be sent from NoReply@1to1plus.com. You can Reply All to the email if you have any questions regarding the repair and associated fees.
If you have any questions or concerns about this transition, please do not hesitate to contact our technology support team at your student’s school, as shown on our Technology Department webpage.
Thank you for your continued support as we strive to enhance the learning environment for all students through improved technology management.
