Ms. Neela Boone

Ms. Neela Boone graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington in 2006. She began her first career working with at risk teenage girls in a group home setting. In 2008, she began working at the YMCA as a track out counselor, and eventually found her calling at a summer camp for children with autism. For the next five years Ms. Boone also served as a  Habilitation Technician for a young boy with autism. She worked as an instructional assistant in EC classrooms in Franklin and Wake counties from 2012-2017. She began her teaching career at Louisburg Elementary School in January of 2018.

Mrs. Kristy Crawford

Mrs. Kristy Crawford graduated from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania in 2001 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education.  She began teaching first grade at Louisburg Elementary School.  Within her first five years of teaching, Mrs. Crawford earned her AIG certification.  In 2007, Mrs. Crawford became the Reading First Coach at Louisburg Elementary.  She continued her studies at East Carolina University receiving her Master’s of Arts in Education in 2008.  She then obtained her National Board Certification in the area of Generalist in 2009.  In 2014, Mrs. Crawford became the AIG Resource Teacher for Louisburg Elementary School.  Beginning in 2017, Mrs. Crawford currently serves 2 schools, Louisburg Elementary and Bunn Elementary as the AIG Resource Teacher.

Ms. Francine Eastman

Ms. Francine Eastman graduated from Kendall University with her Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood/ Special Education. She went on to receive her Master's Degree in Special Education/Autism. She graduated with honors from Capella University in 2015. She began her career in Pre-K where she directed a center with special needs as well as general education students. She did this for 11 years before changing over to the public school system. She worked in resource for 3 years and then moved to her own classroom. She has been working in her own classroom for 2 years now and loves it!

Mrs. Ashley Thompson

Mrs. Ashley Thompson graduated from North Carolina State University in 2006 with a Bachelor's Degree in K-12 Spanish and ESL Education. She began her teaching career at Wakefield High School where she taught Spanish 1 through Advanced Placement for 10 years. She obtained her Master's Degree in Spanish Literature and Linguistics in 2010.  In 2016, she began a new chapter in her educational career at Louisburg Elementary School as an ESL (English as a Second Language) teacher.

Mrs. Natasha Von Klingler

Mrs. Natasha Von Klingler graduated from Saginaw Valley State University in 2006 with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education. She began her teaching career at Laurel Mill Elementary School where she taught 2nd grade and 4th grade. She obtained her Master's Degree in Instructional Technology in 2012. In 2016 she began a new chapter of her educational career at Louisburg Elementary School as an Instructional Coach.
