Mr. Frank Wiggins

Hello Jr Jags!  My name is Frank Wiggins and it is indeed a pleasure to serve as your principal.  Youngsville Elementary School is dedicated to making sure that every student is successful and valued.  My job is to make sure our school  environment is safe and to help each of you learn and grow.   The key to your success in the classroom and in life is building strong relationships, being willing to take on new challenges, and hard work.  There is no substitute for hard work!  If I could give you one gift, it would be the joy of reading.  Reading is a skill that will open many important doors in your life.  And it can be fun!

School has always been a big part of my life. I am a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and East Carolina University.   I have served as a teacher, a coach, and school leader during my career.  My wife Sandra is on the faculty at Franklinton High School.  I enjoy reading, writing, hiking and biking.  I love being part of the JAG Family.  Go JAGS!

Mr. Latelle Williams

Hey Jr. Jags family.  I look forward to having the opportunity to be your assistant principal this whole school year.  I learned much about what makes YES a great school during my short time in the role last year.  I genuinely believe that YES is the best school for your child and stand by that as my son attends YES this year.  Please do not hesitate to contact me if I can be of any assistance, especially if you would like a tour of the school.  I would love the opportunity to show you how great YES is.

Before joining the YES family, Mr. Williams served as a health and physical education teacher at Cedar Creek Middle School for eight and half years. During that time, he was an athletic coach, elective team lead, beginning teacher mentor, school improvement team member, and district health/physical education personal learning community facilitator.

Mr. Williams completed his Bachelor of Arts in Health and Physical Education from Lenoir-Rhyne University.  He received his Master of School Administration from Western Carolina University.
