"To grow up, to fulfill your potential, to develop into what God wants you to be, this process takes support; no one succeeds alone." ~Clay Aiken

I am originally from Rochester, NY, and have been teaching for 12 years in the contents of English and Special Education. Family and friends mean everything to me. I have a younger brother, Chris, and a niece, Eloise who is two and a half. I also have two fur-babies, Callie and Sarge, who have stolen my heart.

I graduated from St. John Fisher College with my Bachelor’s in English in 2009 and from Medaille College with my Masters in Literacy/SPED in 2013-14. I am passionate about teaching and shaping young minds to achieve their best while obtaining a growth mindset.

My secondary passion is music; I love to sing…My favorite two singers are Clay Aiken and Billy Gilman. I have met and sang for them both! My favorite color is green, I enjoy eating anything Italian, and my favorite place to visit is Myrtle Beach, SC.

I firmly believe that a consistent work ethic and regular reflection are the keys to success!!
