My Name is Ashley Bumpers. I am from Louisburg, N.C. This is my first year teaching at Louisburg Elementary School. I graduated from North Carolina Central University with a bachelors degree in Family and Consumer Sciences and a concentration in Child Development and Family Relations. I am currently working on my masters degree at NCCU. I will be teaching your students science and math this school year. I am looking forward to a great year here at LES.

I graduated from Elizabeth City State University in 1995 to begin my second career in life, which was teaching. It has been a rewarding experience as this is my 23rd year teaching in the public school system of North Carolina.  I have taught in Hertford, Nash-Rocky Mount, Halifax and Edgecombe Counties before coming to Franklin County in 2015. With the exception of 1 year in 4th grade I have always taught 5th grade.  I have been self-contained and departmentalized.  I have enjoyed teaching ELA and Social Studies to the students here at Louisburg Elementary School.

Ms. Krystal Fetter graduated from Buffalo State College in 2017 with a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood and Childhood Education and a concentration in Math.  In June 2017, she moved to Louisburg, NC from Niagara Falls, NY.  She is excited to start her teaching career in Franklin County.

Miss McDonald is a native of Franklin County and she attended Louisburg Elementary, Gold Sand Middle, and Louisburg High School.  She graduated from Barton College with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and has made Louisburg Elementary her "teaching home" for the last 9 years and is looking forward to many more!!
