Ms. Amanda Cash

Mrs. Amanda Cash graduated in 2000 from Louisburg College with her Associates Degree in Elementary Education. In 2002, she transferred to Appalachian State University, earning her Bachelors degree in Elementary Education. After graduation, she got a job teaching 2nd grade at Edward Best Elementary. After that school year, she moved to Greenville, NC to continue her studies, earning her Masters Degree in Elementary Education. In August 2004 Mrs. Cash returned to Edward Best and taught 1st grade for twelve years. Now she is in her second year as a 4th grade teacher at EBES and loves teaching ELA and Social Studies.

Ms. Lindsay Duncan

Mrs. Lindsay Duncan graduated with a Bachelors in Elementary Education and a concentration in History from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She returned to Louisburg to work at Edward Best Elementary School as a 4th grade teacher. She teaches math and science as part of a team in 4th grade and this is her third year teaching.

Ms. Sharon King

Mrs. Sharon King graduated with her Bachelors of Arts in Early Childhood Development with a North Carolina K-6 Teaching License from Meredith College in Raleigh, North Carolina. She began her teaching career at Bunn Elementary School in Franklin County teaching First grade in 1994. After three years teaching at Bunn Elementary she became a stay at home mommy. In 2000, Mrs. King returned to being a First grade teacher at Edward Best Elementary School until 2012. Mrs. King has been teaching Fourth grade ELA/S. Studies since 2012 at Edward Best Elementary School.
