Ms. Teri Aycock
My name is Teri Aycock. I was born and raised right here in Franklin County. I graduated in 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from North Carolina Wesleyan College. I began teaching in Franklin County in 2013 and have taught 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grades. I was also a K-5 math coach for one year. This is my first year at Edward Best and my eighth year in education.

Ms. Lisa Dancy
Mrs. Lisa Dancy is native of Pittsburgh, PA . She graduated from Bowie State University with a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Public Relations. She continued her studies in Elementary Education when she moved to North Carolina to become a teacher.

Mr. Joel Sicko
Joel Sicko graduated from Barton College in 2004 with a Bachelor's of Science in Elementary Education. He has taught for the past 18 years in elementary schools in Wilson and Nash Counties working with kids from first through fifth grades. He enjoys working with technology and will soon begin working on his Master's Degree in Instructional Design and Technology.

Ms. Kathy Taylor graduated from East Carolina University in 2014 with a Bachelor's of Science in K-6 Elementary Education with a minor in Math Education. This will be her fifth year teaching and her second year teaching at Edward Best.
