Mr. Zachary Richards

Mr. Richards graduated from Appalachian State University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Special Education K-12. He served as a special education teacher in multiple continuum of services and coached football for 6 years at Sanderson High School and Wake Forest High. He entered into administration as an assistant principal at Louisburg High, then became Director of Alternative Learning Programs 6-12 for the Franklin County School District for 3 years.  He most recently served as the Assistant Principal of Instruction at SCORE Academy with WCPSS for the past 5 years. 
 
"I am truly excited about serving as the principal of Cedar Creek Middle School. We will strive to provide a welcoming, engaging and safe environment for all students and staff. CCMS will follow a rigorous curriculum and provide social and emotional support for students each and everyday. I intend to nurture a collaborative community of staff, families and students to accomplish the same goal of operating a high functioning and dynamic middle school."

Ms. Erin Hatch

 
Erin Hatch graduated from UNC Pembroke with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications in 1999. She went on to pursue her teaching certification through NC Teach and Fayetteville State University in 2001. Mrs. Hatch is K-6 and English 9-12 certified, and over the last 21 years has taught students from Kindergarten to Seniors. She received a grant through the Central Carolina Principal Preparation Program at North Carolina Central University to earn her Master’s Degree in School Administration.

Ms. Tiffany Fogg

Ms. Fogg is excited to join Cedar Creek Middle School, home of the mighty Jaguars!  Ms. Fogg is a Franklin County native and a graduate of Franklinton High School. She attended Fayetteville State University, “Home of the Mighty Broncos,"  where she received her bachelor’s of science degree in Biology.  She is a CCRESA principal fellow (Class of 27) where she completed her Masters in School Administration at North Carolina Central University through the Central Carolina Principal Preparedness Program (CCP3)   

Ms. Fogg has over 13 years of experience in education.  She has served Hoke County schools in Middle Grades Science and Biology for over 11 years where she also enjoyed coaching and building relationships with students.  

Ms. Fogg is a wife and mother to three children that attend Franklin County Schools: Jaxson, Christian and Faith.  She enjoys traveling, attending church, shopping and spending time with family and friends. She is also a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated and believes in enjoying life by being of service to all mankind. She lives by the quote, “Yesterday is history, Tomorrow is a mystery, Today is a gift."
