    Dr. Robert Kradel Jr.

Hello, my name is Dr. Robert Kradel and I am so happy to be joining the Long Mill family!  I am entering my 24th year of education and my 4th here in Franklin County.  I have spent the past 3 years as an assistant principal at Bunn Middle and the interim principal at Bunn Elementary.

I am originally from Pennsylvania and that is where I earned my Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education from Slippery Rock University.  After moving to North Carolina, I earned my Masters in School Administration and my doctoral degree in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from North Carolina State University.

I live in Youngsville with my wife Denise and our golden retriever, Cooper.  Being from Pittsburgh, I am a HUGE fan of the Steelers, Pirates, and Penquins!  In my free time my wife and I like to travel to the beach and the mountains.  I also try to get out and play some golf every once in a while.
