Mrs. Melissa Thomas

Mrs. Thomas has been in education for over 28 years with 20 years of those in North Carolina. She has completed her third year as Principal of Louisburg High School and she loves serving her school and her school family. She began her career in Arkansas as a Business Education teacher before moving to North Carolina where she taught middle and high school prior to becoming a school Administration. She received her bachelor’s degree in Business Education from Ouachita Baptist University and her Master’s in School Administration from NC State. She is a huge Wolfpack fan. Mrs. Thomas is originally from Texas/Arkansas. She lives nearby on a small farm with her husband and her two dogs. She has two grown children and she enjoys reading, running, and being around the animals on the farm.

Ms. Rommy Woodley

Ms. Woodley earned her Bachelor of Arts degree and certification of Spanish translation from San Diego State University. She taught in the private school sector and received her North Carolina teaching certification from North Carolina Central University. She taught Spanish at Franklinton High school for five years where she was the Foreign Language Department chair, a member of the staff development team, and a member of the School Leadership Team. She earned her Master of School Administration from North Carolina State University.

Ms. Cynthia Mills

Mrs. Mills began her educational career in Guilford County as a Career and Technical Educator. She later served as a Construction Academy Coordinator for Wake County Schools until her family was relocated to Charlotte where she assisted with Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools' launch of a virtual CTE program. She later held positions in CMS as an Instructional Coordinator and an Academy Coordinator. After obtaining her Master’s in School Administration Degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte,  Mrs. Mills became an Assistant Principal for Kannapolis City Schools for four years before returning home to Franklin County as a STEM Coordinator. She also holds a Bachelor’s. degree in Finance from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a Master’s degree in Business and Marketing Education from North Carolina State University. When she’s not serving staff, students, families and the community, Mrs. Mills loves spending time with her family and traveling.

Mrs. Tiffany Fogg

Ms. Fogg is excited to join the Louisburg High School  Warrior family for the 2021-2022 school year.  Ms. Fogg is a Franklin County native and a graduate of Franklinton High School.  She attended Fayetteville State University, “Home of the Mighty Broncos”  where she received her bachelor’s of science degree in Biology.  She currently attends North Carolina Central University pursuing her Masters of School Administration.  She is also a recipient of the Central Carolina Principal Preparedness Program (CCP3) scholarship.    

Ms. Fogg has over 13 years of experience in education.  She has served Hoke County schools  in Middle Grades Science, and Biology for over 11 years where she also enjoyed coaching and building relationships with students.  

Ms. Fogg  has three children Jaxson, Christian and Faith.  She enjoys traveling, attending church, shopping and spending time with family and friends.  She is also a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated and believes in enjoying life by being of service to all mankind. She lives by the quote, “Yesterday is history, Tomorrow is a mystery, Today is a gift”.
