“Once you learn to read, you will be forever free.” ~Frederick Douglass~ Ms. Anna Frost is from Niagara Falls, NY. graduated from State University of New York at Oswego with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Secondary Education and English. Ms. Frost is certified in Literacy and English Language Arts in grades K-12. and has 22 years experience in education. Ms. Frost currently lives in Durham, NC. She has served as a North Carolina educator since 1996. Prior to joining Franklin County Schools, she worked as an English Consultant for the Department of Public Instruction, Director of Secondary English Language Arts and Literacy for Durham Public Schools (6-12), Middle School Literacy Coordinator, Literacy Specialist, and Language Arts Teacher. In 2010, Anna received the National Scholastic Heroes Award for her “support of literacy development and academic success for all students” at the corporation’s annual National Book Summit.
She is dedicated to providing ongoing support in adolescent literacy development to ensure that all students have opportunities to obtain academic growth across disciplines.

She graduated with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Biology from Fayetteville State University, home of the "Mighty Broncos." She has 3 children, Jaxson, Chrisitan and Faith and a loving husband Vontario. She brings to Franklin County Schools over 10 years of experience in education where she has taught Middle Grades Science, High School Biology, Honors Anatomy & Physiology and Honors Marine Science. Ms. Fogg is also a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Ms. Fogg enjoys working in the community, and spending time with family and friends.
