The ESL Department is dedicated to growing the success of Multilingual Learners (students with a primary or home language other than English who are in the process of acquiring English).
The ML/Title III | NC DPI site contains links to policy, program and procedural guidance to help ensure that LEAs/Charter Schools stay informed of federal law and state policy regarding the education of English learners.
