Through our Blueprint 2030 Pulse Survey, listening sessions, and conversations across the district, we heard both pride and honesty. Families and staff repeatedly described Franklin County Schools as a community. They highlighted strong relationships, caring educators, student opportunities, and school pride. At the same time, stakeholders shared real concerns about facilities, student behavior, communication, staffing challenges, transportation, and mental health supports.
