During the 2024-2025 school year, Franklin County Schools engaged in a Strategic Planning process involving the larger school community to identify key goals and strategies for continued district progress.

With stakeholder feedback, the strategic planning committee worked to develop new vision and mission statements, goals, and specific measurable outcomes for student success. In addition, the committee developed a work plan for consistent progress monitoring and adjustment.

At the conclusion of this process, the guiding document, Blueprint 2030, was provided as a high-level overview of the district’s plan.
