Franklin County Schools (FCS) is soliciting qualifications from professional architectural firms to provide design services for the design of a New Franklinton Elementary School. This project is planned for completion utilizing the Design-Bid-Build Single-prime bidding delivery method (GS 143-128(a1)(2). All work must adhere to all applicable local, state, and federal building codes and standards. This school will be located on school property at the existing school campus located at:

Franklin County Schools (FCS) invites qualified consulting firms to submit proposals to conduct a Comprehensive Salary Study for the school district. The purpose of this study is to review and evaluate the compensation of all district employees, both certified staff (teachers, principals, or any employee paid off the state certified salary table) and classified staff (support, administrative, and operational personnel), to ensure competitive, fair, and equitable pay scales. The selected firm will analyze current salary structures (including state-mandated teacher pay and local salary schedules) and benchmark them against comparable districts to provide recommendations that will promote both internal equity and external competitiveness in compensation.
