Facility Use Request

The Franklin County Board of Education endorses community use of school facilities for appropriate purposes. Since school facilities represent an investment of the citizenry for the education of students and for the general benefit of the community and its citizens, their proper use and enjoyment shall be encouraged. The Superintendent and the Executive Director of Auxiliary Services are authorized to enter into agreements to lease school property for community-school purposes for terms of one year or less. All such leases shall be reviewed and approved by the school attorney as to form. The administration shall prepare and administer regulations and procedures otherwise necessary for the general use of school facilities
