Franklin County Schools Welcomes Two New Assistant Principals to Cedar Creek Middle School

Louisburg, NC — Franklin County Schools is proud to announce the appointment of two outstanding educational leaders, Mr. Connor McKeithan and Mrs. Brianna Davis, as the new Assistant Principals of Cedar Creek Middle School. Both bring a wealth of experience, passion, and a deep commitment to student achievement and community engagement.

Mr. Connor McKeithan, a graduate of East Carolina University and who completed his MSA at North Carolina State University, most recently served as a Principal Intern at Edward Best Elementary and as a Health & Physical Education Teacher at Franklinton High School. Known for his student-centered leadership and collaborative approach, McKeithan expressed his enthusiasm for the new role: "I am extremely grateful to join the Cedar Creek Middle School community as we strive for excellence together. I look forward to building strong relationships and supporting every student in reaching their full potential."

Mrs. Brianna Davis brings over a decade of diverse experience in K-12 education, including her recent service as an Administrative Intern and 6th Grade Math Teacher at Cedar Creek Middle School. A Franklin County native and North Carolina A&T State University graduate, Davis has completed her MSA at UNC Pembroke. She shared her heartfelt excitement: "As a Franklin County native and product of Franklin County Schools, I am incredibly honored to serve as Assistant Principal of Cedar Creek Middle School. Returning to this leadership role allows me to give back to the students, families, and educators who helped guide my journey. I am excited to support and work collaboratively to create a school environment where every student feels valued, challenged, and empowered to succeed."

Cedar Creek Middle School Principal Dail Bunting expressed great confidence in the new additions to the leadership team. "Both Mr. McKeithan and Ms. Davis exemplify the heart and vision we want for Cedar Creek. Their energy, commitment to student success, and deep ties to our community make them the perfect fit to help move our school forward."
