Louisburg, NC – Franklin County Schools proudly announces Ronnie Marshall as the new principal of Terrell Lane Middle School. With more than a decade of experience in public education, Marshall brings a record of academic excellence, innovative leadership, and a deep commitment to student-centered learning.

A dynamic and intentional leader, Marshall has served in several key roles, including assistant principal at Orange Middle School and Ferndale Middle School, math intervention coach, and classroom teacher. In each of these positions, he has consistently championed student growth, data-driven instruction, and collaborative school culture.

“It is an honor to have been selected to serve as the next principal of Terrell Lane Middle School,” said Marshall. “This is more than a new role; it’s a chance to lead with intention, build on the strengths of a dedicated staff and community, and support students in reaching their full potential.

My leadership is grounded in the belief that continuous growth happens when we are Rooted in Data, Driven by Relationships, and Moving with Purpose. I’m committed to creating a school culture where every decision is student-centered, every voice is valued, and success is shared. I look forward to partnering with the Terrell Lane community and Franklin County Schools to build a future where our students thrive in the classroom and beyond.”
