ECHS Principal Dr. Laura Wilson Recognized for Distinguished Leadership

Franklin County Schools proudly congratulates Dr. Laura Wilson, principal of Early College High School, on her successful completion of the Distinguished Leadership in Practice (DLP) Program—a prestigious, year-long leadership development experience for practicing principals across North Carolina.

Offered by the North Carolina Principals and Assistant Principals’ Association (NCPAPA) and sponsored by the North Carolina Alliance for School Leadership Development (NCASLD), the DLP program engages participants in a rigorous, non-traditional professional learning model. The program is uniquely aligned with the North Carolina Standards for School Executives and is designed to build high-impact leadership capacity among school administrators.
