Ms. Rhonda Bell
Ms. Rhonda Bell graduated with her Bachelors of Science in Psychology from NC Wesleyan College in Goldsboro, NC. She continued her studies at Campbell University, earning her Masters Degree in School Counseling. She completed her internship at Youngsville Elementary in 2007, graduated in December, 2007, and became the school counselor at Edward Best Elementary in January, 2008. She continues to work with students, staff, and families at Edward Best Elementary.
