Mrs. Kay Crickmore graduated with her Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education from North Carolina Wesleyan College. She previously worked at Rocky Mount Preparatory School in Rocky Mount, NC. She has been working in education since 2004. She has been working with Franklin county schools since 2018.

Ms. Stacy Fosness
Ms. Fosness graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Speech-Language and Auditory Pathology and a Masters of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from East Carolina University. After 18 years of providing speech-language therapy services to the adult population in various medical settings, Ms. Fosness moved to Franklin County Schools to begin her role as Speech-Language Pathologist at Edward Best Elementary, Terrell Lane Middle School and Louisburg High School.

Ms. Brittany Greene
Ms. Brittany Greene graduated with her Bachelors of Science degree in Social Work and a minor in Child Development and Family Relations from East Carolina University in Greenville NC. Currently, she is continuing her education and receiving her teacher license in general special education. She has three plus years with working with exceptional children. She has a passion for teaching and enjoys being apart of Edward Best Elementary.

Mr. Maurice White
Mr. Maurice White is a veteran of the USMC and a graduate of Shaw University. He holds a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology, and has 12 hours in Elementary Education from Shaw University. He also has 47 hours of Early Childhood Education from Vance Granville Community College. He has worked 11 years as an Instructional Assistant in the Franklin County School system both in the Adaptive and Resource class rooms. He currently teaches in the Adaptive Curriculum classroom at Edward Best Elementary, where he has been for the last two years.
