Coach Wammock is a proud graduate of Louisburg HS.  She graduated from East Carolina University in 2005 with a bachelor's degree in Physical Education.  She began her teaching career at Louisburg HS in the fall of 2005. Throughout her tenure at LHS, she has coached a variety of sports, such as volleyball, swimming, basketball, softball and track.

She is currently our Athletic Director and Head Volleyball Coach. 

Coach Allen has over 25 years of coaching experience. He started coaching in 1994 with Havelock Youth Soccer. He has coached all age groups and genders in the U6 to U19 ranges. Coach Allen has coached teams in Arizona, Florida, and North Carolina. He previously was the head coach at Topsail HS before joining the Louisburg HS coaching staff. Coach Allen is entering his third year as the women’s head coach. He has been a certified referee by USSF and NFHS with over 16 years of experience. Coach Allen holds multiple coaching certificates/diplomas; USYSA ‘E’ license, AYSO Advance Coach, NSCAA Goal Keeper diploma, NFHS Accredited and Certified Interscholastic Coach.

Coach Baker graduated from East Carolina University in 2009 with a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education.  He has been teaching/ coaching in Franklin County at Terrell Lane Middle School in 2009 and moved to Louisburg HS in 2015.  Throughout his time at those two schools, he has either coached or assisted in a variety of sports, such as basketball, softball, cross country, track and cross country.

 He is currently our Asst. Athletic Director; Head Cross Country Coach, & Head Softball Coach

Coach Bolton has been teaching PE at Laurel Mill Elementary for 11 years and coaching at LMHS for 15 years.  Coach Bolton has experience coaching JV/Varsity basketball and Women’s Basketball. 

He was born and raised at LMHS. Coach Bolton has been at LHS since the day he was born! Both of his parents taught at LMHS and his dad has been coaching at LMHS for over 30 years. It's safe to say he is and always will be a Warrior!  Coach Bolton is married to his wife Danielle and they have two kids, Avery and Chloe.

He is our JV football head coach and head varsity baseball coach.

Coach Cambra has taught for 7 years and has been at LHS for 5 years. She is going into her third year as an assistant cheerleading coach. Cambra loves working with students and helping them with their passions.

Coach Currin is a proud graduate of Louisburg High School c/o 2000. She graduated from Nash Community College in 2004 with an Associate in Science degree and is a practicing physical therapist Assistant for Granville Medical Outpatient rehab in Oxford. Coach Currin began coaching in 2009 for the Town of Louisburg Recreation Department, coaching at multiple ages and skill levels for soccer and basketball. In 2018, she began assistant coaching at Terrell Lane for the women’s team.

Coach Currin is our Varsity Men’s and Women’s Assistant coach at LMHS.

Coach Harris has been teaching for 14 years and coaching volleyball for 12.  In her own words, "I believe that athletics is a vital aspect of many students' lives. It is important to encourage the lessons that translate from the court or field to their lives outside of school."

Coach Hough graduated from Southport High School, Southport, Indiana in 1995. He enlisted in the Indiana National Guard in 1994 and retired from Active Duty Army in 2019, as a Captain. Throughout his military career, he served as a Combat Field Medic, Medical Service Officer, 546th Area Support Medical Company Commander, and Battalion Executive Officer of both the 201st Brigade Support Battalion and Brooke Army Medical Center, Troop Command. During Coach Hough’s tour-of-duty, he served in both Iraq and Afghanistan. Earned decorations of note were the Soldiers Medal for heroism, the Bronze Star Medal, and the Combat Medical Badge.  In 2011, he graduated Magna Cum Laude from Cameron University, Lawton, Oklahoma. Coach Hough’s sports background includes high school, collegiate, and military football, wrestling, and track. He also placed third in the 2020 Texas State Taekwondo tournament in sparring and forms.

Coach Hough is the head wrestling coach at LMHS.

Coach Knight has been teaching at Louisburg High School for 5 years. She's going into her second year of coaching Cheerleading. She loves working with the cheer team and pushing them to be the best cheerleaders that they can be.

Coach Quick has been in the school system for 7 years and coaching for 12 years.  He has had great success in the Jr. High and high school level competitions. 

Coach Quick is originally from Raeford, NC and attended Hoke County High School and lettered in Football, Wrestling, Baseball, and played travel basketball.  He attended Methodist University and played football and basketball. He currently holds a BA in Theology and a Masters in Christian Counseling.  Coach Quick played 9 years of Semi-Pro football and 4 years of Semi-Pro basketball.  

Coach Sheldon has been in education for 17 years and has coached almost everyone of those years. He enjoys competing and being in competitive fights with our students at LHS. His coaching philosophy is "Winning is an Attitude." Your attitude to every facet of your life can determine your success.

Coach Sheldon is our Head Men's Basketball Coach and Head Men's Golf Coach.

Assistant football coach

Coach UB graduated from Muskingum University in 2008 where she played for two years and also student-coached for two years.  She has been teaching for 14 years and 5 have been in Franklin County. She coached softball for 7 years at her two previous schools. She loves teaching the students at Louisburg and is looking forward to coaching them as well.

Coach UB is the women's head tennis coach and assistant softball coach.
