What is Title I? Improving Academic Achievement for the Disadvantaged
The purpose of Title I is to ensure that all children have a fair, equal, and significant opportunity to obtain a high-quality education and reach, at a minimum, proficiency on challenging State academic achievement standards and state academic assessments.

Staff Members Seeking Title II Tuition Reimbursement: The funds allotted to the Franklin County Schools tuition reimbursement program through Title II funds have been used or claimed for classes ending this semester. Please continue to submit your paperwork, more classes will be funded when funds become available.
The funds allotted to the Franklin County Schools tuition reimbursement program through Title II funds have been used or claimed for classes ending this semester. Please continue to submit your paperwork, more classes will be funded when funds become available.
Teacher assistants: reimbursement is also available through the Teacher Assistant Reimbursement Program. Five teacher assistants seeking to become teachers in the areas of secondary mathematics or exceptional children education will receive up to $4,500 per year for their classes for four years.
