Our United
Way canned food drive was a great success!
LES
collected 2, 305 items!!!!

participated in our LES Giving Week. Even the teachers got

"Well, blow me down!" as the
famous Popeye once said! Students in Mrs. Jones' fifth
grade class participated in a science lab, in which predictions
were made to determine which variable would produce the highest
erosion rate....wind, water, or ice! Wind was the winner! |

We had our first PBIS Character
Breakfast on Friday, October 7, 2011.
These students demonstrated
respect during the month of September. |

October is
Fire Prevention month!
Grades PreK - 2nd received a
visit from Fire Pup, and then got to examine a fire truck up
close! :) |

LES participated in it's first
activity for Healthy Alliance with Exercise United States.
The entire school dripped what they were doing and exercised for
15 minutes on Thursday, October 6th. |

Louisburg Elementary School Pledge
I pledge to be a Louisburg Elementary School "Kid for
