<my:field4>We examined student work. Mr. Shellenberger's post assessment shows minor improvement in their average quiz score (53 to 59). The quiz topic dealt with the development of a proof for triangle congruence.</my:field4><my:field4>In response to your previous question, the strategy we used to help students' memorize formulae was using notecards. Students took time in class to write a notecard for each formula, and then students were quizzed on a later date. </my:field4>

<my:field5>Mr. Bell's strategy for improving his quiz average from 30% to 90% was as stated above, using notecards. However, Mr. Bell took his method a step further than MR. Shellenberger. Mr. Bell allowed students to have class time to study the formulae. Mr. Shellenberger didn't give his students time in class to study.</my:field5><my:field5>Also, Mr Bell made the comment that after his students took the formulae quiz the first time, they admitted that they did not study for it.</my:field5><my:field5></my:field5>
