Linking to Others

While it is not strictly necessary to obtain permission to create a link to another web site, it is the policy of Franklin County Schools that our webmasters notify other sites when they create a link to them.

Click here to get a form letter that you can use when you wish to link to another site outside of our school system. Copy and paste the contents of the file into the e-mail you send to a site's webmaster.

If a site requests that you remove the link to them, you must comply as soon as possible. If you receive written permission to link, you are advised to print out that letter and keep it in a file.
